🤗🪡🌞🧵 Home from this year’s Border Tart retreat - such a happy gathering of stitchers who enjoyed visits from @helleborehandmade and @carlenrigfarm. Louise’s barkcloth and patchwork bags were a big hit and everyone produced excellent work on Pat’s sashiko class. The sun shone throughout! Thanks to you all for your good spirits, stories and enthusiasm😘
🧵🪡 We had @helleborehandmade round for tea and cake yesterday afternoon! Louise brought a glorious selection of her hand made bags in vintage barkcloth cottons. From small purses and needle cases to lush big rice bag style - resistance was futile! Thanks, Louise, for talking with us about your journey and bringing some lush art pieces too. 🤗 You’ll find @helleborehandmade at @tangledgalashiels before long!
